Privacy Policy
Updated 20 October 2026
In short
OmniMonk collects as little as possible. We use what you send us only to reply to you, and we use anonymous analytics to improve the site. We never sell your details or use them for marketing.
What we collect
When you start a project on this site you give us your name, your email address, an optional note, and your three answers.
How we use it
Your message reaches us as an email, and we use it only to reply to you and to talk about your project. We don't add you to any mailing list. Our email and website are hosted by our hosting provider, who processes them on our behalf.
Limits against misuse
To stop the form being abused, the site keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address and the time you sent a message, for one hour. They are deleted after an hour.
Analytics, cookies and logs
To understand how visitors use the site, we use Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft. It shows how pages are used through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay, collected through first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement (privacy.microsoft.com). Clarity never records what you type into the form: those fields are masked. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Like every web server, our host also keeps technical logs (such as internet addresses and the pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
Your choices
Write to hello@omnimonk.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with its date.
